In Q3 2022, the music and audio app market in Egypt saw diverse performance trends across the top five applications, as reported by Sensor Tower.

Anghami: Play music & Podcasts experienced a steady increase in weekly revenue, peaking at approximately $48.2K in the final week of September. Weekly downloads showed a decline from 107.8K in late June to 58.6K by the end of September. The app's weekly active users saw a reduction from 1.98M to 1.80M over the quarter.

StarMaker: Sing Karaoke Songs had fluctuating revenue, with a peak of $2.3K at the end of June and a low of $512 in late August. Downloads varied significantly, starting at 221.1K in late June and reaching a high of 304.4K in mid-September. Active users remained relatively stable, hovering around 260K to 278K throughout the quarter.

Loop Maker Pro: Dj Beat Maker saw a consistent decline in revenue, from $235 at the end of June to $107 by the end of September. Downloads and active users also trended downward, with downloads dropping to zero from late August onwards and active users decreasing from 5.9K to 2.4K.
